I have been involved in professional photography for some 35 years and loved every minute. I particularly like landscape photography because of the freedom of expression that it gives you, from taking photos which seem very mundane like a pathway in the suburbs to the beauty of the outback countryside, the sea and beaches, markings on a tree, the shape of rocks, even cityscapes can be a lot of fun and a challenge. It’s great to just grab a camera and open your mind and it’s very important to take photos that you want to take in the sense that it’s what you see, your interpretation of what surrounds you.
