Our Garden Studio is welcoming and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Our place is also a wildlife corridor where during the day you will see a selection of different birds e.g. King Parrots, Rosellas, Cockatoos, Magpies and other assorted birds which have lived in our garden for generations, as well as Brushtail and Ringtail Possums.
Guest Access
Our Guests will have access to a very comfortable bed with linen and fresh towels provided. There is a separate kitchen with full fridge, convection microwave, hotplates, iron and ironing board, kitchen accessories, T.V. and DVD Player. There is also a private area outside where you can enjoy the great outdoors to relax and unwind. Our Clients will have total privacy.
The Neighbourhood
Even though we are a short distance from the Beach, Lake and Village we are far enough away from the hub of Avoca. We have a N/E aspect which gives us cool breezes in Summer and in the cooler months we have the lovely afternoon Sun. Avoca, apart from the beach and lake, is surrounded by beautiful National Parks and Reserves where you can take in the Natural Beauty.
Getting Around
There is a Bus Stop at the end of our street which will take you to the main City of Gosford 16kms or Erina Fair for Shopping 10kms. Gosford has a Train Line which you can go South to Sydney/ Airport or North to Newcastle/Airport. If necessary private pick-up can be arranged from local train station. On street parking available.
Other Things To Note
We do have two small dogs Mary (Miniature Foxy) and Tommy (Tenterfield Terrier) who are very much a part of our Family and will greet you with a wagging tail. Unfortunately, we don't accept other pets.
